That may be a bit much for the daytime!
Drop the fishnets and boots for daytime (especially in the summer), and opt for a cute pair of shoes instead.
If you are going clubbing ....then go ahead with the nets and boots!

sure, but you really should be more specific about what type of events you plan on attending? say, you're going to an all ages "goth" show during the day, right? well, then it is appropriate. However, if your going to tour colleges with your folks then that outfit is not hot.

i've got worn fishnets to a rustic club. Fishnets do not might desire to be slutty. It relies upon the form you place on them. What you place on them with. that would look super. Fishnets constantly look good with pencil skirts.

no way! Unless a Halloween party.... there is so many other things out there to do to make a statement. It certainly wouldn't be comfortable a outfit.
