How to overcome the feeling of being sore and drained while working out?

Since everything we ever experience is only ever in our own minds and not external, that means that everything we perceive is a symbol of the real event, as we can never perceive strictly objective truth. It's a very complex symbol, but ultimately a symbol, a concept that represents what we are interacting with.

Since this is true, this means that when we get upset at something, in reality we are getting upset at the symbol we perceive and not the objective truth. Therefore, any emotion that we direct at any event/phenomena in life is actually only ever represented in our own minds. My getting angry at you would actually only ever direct the anger at the *concept* of you, which in actuality is composited of fragments of my self. So getting angry at you just piles on B.S. emotional associations and turmoil onto fragments and concepts that are directly apart of me and my identity.

Is it not, therefore, urgent to respond to things compassionately, as it ultimately reflects on the self?

Where I live, it gets up to 120 degrees in the day time up until October. We just had a grand opening last weekend for a new business in my town and we had to cut short our performances because we were all getting sick from the heat and the people didn't provide enough water for us. And I get really overheated and my face gets red and sweaty. Is there a way that I can cool down and lose the redness quickly? I don't wanna look like a condensating strawberry at football games. Thanks!

Remember the Virginia Tech massacre that happened a couple of months ago? When 32 innocent lives were lost? If VT allowed students and professors to carry concealed firearms, that shooter wouldn't have succeeded. He would have only killed one or two people, maybe. The FASCIST gun policies of the school's administration caused innocent students to DIE.

If the oppressed people of Darfur were armed to the teeth with DEADLY ASSAULT WEAPONS, there wouldn't be a genocide. Same thing with North Korean people. Did you know that the NAZIS used gun control to DISARM the Jews and would-be Holocaust victims????

That being said, gun control is PURE EVIL; a political component of TYRANNY and MURDER. So, I ask of all of you gun control supporters...do you still believe in gun control??!!

Today I got a job offer to go to Cebu, Phillipines to work at a call center. They are offering me a monthly salary between $600 - $1000 + a place to live, one meal and free snacks and beverages at the office. I want to know if this salary is ok for living there.

Also I would like to know if you know the company Call Tek Center, and how is it working there.

I would appreciate your answers about this.

I painted my son's room yesterday and peeled off the paint today. I already hear you paint veterans groaning. Anyhow, I've got chunks of white wall where there should be a vibrant green. This is after the first coat of Behr semi-gloss interior. How do I fix it? I've been sanding as much as possible but am lost where to go next.
