Gosh,why are people so bitchy.If you don't like the photos or you think she's craving for attention why waste your time to post,sheesh.

And,I currently have the V line although i dont workout for it and im quite underweight.

but i believe if you do crunches straight and side to side,that should work good,besides don't stress over it to much it looks nice.

leg lifts,start out with 20 lbs,do say 15 times slowly and 5 sets, increase in a day or two by 5 lbs..and repeat...in a week or so you show have a defines lower stomach.....the muscle has got weakened and will not hold shape... you could also go to the website and it will help you out

Have you tried using a excercise ball?? Those are GREAT for targeting specific areas. Another thing would be to try Pilates since you are already thin and trim...it looks like you just want to do some defining....good luck!

You are already in very good shape from the picture, but if you want to define your abdomen further, you need to lose weight and do crunches.

If you are trying to get rid of the circled part of your stomach, it will not work. That is about as thin as you can get. Sorry! You should see MY stomach haha.
