my computer starts up but windows dosent completly load when i have the internet plugged in or when i direct connect with another computer. i conect through an ethernet cord if that helps

please help mabe i have to change something in bios?

Try to correct your exact time.date and year in BIOS ...Don't forget to save then quit...should help...i think

Having a network cable connected or not is irrelevant.

If Windows does not completely load up, you probably have a corrupted start up file. You can try to repair it using the XP disc that came with you pc; you may need to reformat the hard drive and lose all data on it.

start ur pc unpluged from internet ,and hold f8 key after cmos post,ull go in thru safe mode .from there run adawre ,ur pc is inected buddy.
