A guard and attack dog training company. I was the one in the padding that the dogs trained on. My official title (because of the padding) was "Dummy" which was fun to put on resumes for awhile.

When I was 16 and 17, I worked during summers at a sandwich shop called The Lunch Box. I helped put the sandwiches together, ran the cash register, worked in the kitchen, etc. Then when I was 18, I got a full time job as a clerk right across the street at a Hallmark Shop. It was fun. I had that job for 5 years, and went to college during that time, too.

I'll bet it was fun working at Six Flaggs!

Babysitting for a solid week for 5 heathen brats ages 1 to 12 and I was only 14 at the time!! Paid well, though. First "real" job was as a cashier in a restaurant. I wish I was still able to waitress cause it was fun but hard work. I'd trade in all my years of education to go back to those simple carefree days!!

My first job was at Bank of America. Some weird summer program. This is back when the bank actually looked at the signatures on the checks and the dates or if they were even signed, etc. It made me SO NERVOUS. My Mom got her friend's daughter the same job. She got fired for "paying" (that's what they called it) a professionally forged check. We were like 15 years old. She was the lucky one. I had to do it the whole summer!!!

I worked at a retirement center serving the food for 3 years. You can meet some of the nicest senior citizens and some of the meanest. It was sad at times, when some became very ill, and died, others were just senile. It was hard to see some of them like that.
