i weigh about 132 right now. i am trying to get to 150, i have been working out a lot for the past 2 years but i can never seem to gain any muscle. I am also a vegetarian i think thats why i cant gain muscle. but i know tobey maguire is a vegetarian too and he gained a lot of muscle when he was doing spiderman. he ate tofu and almonds or something. if anybody knows can you please get back to me.

i run/power walk in interval 45 min-1hr. dily
crunches-20 sit up, 20 crunches to the side on each side- 30 each side doing the bike motion for lower
20 3lb weigths for bicepy- 20 for shuolders- 20 for triceps
i do it before i run
i do see mroe definition but how long before my arms really change? any experience with this?

He left on wednesday. His ex called on monday and wants to get back together for the kids but he loves me and is unsure if he wants it or not. He loves his children but she has been cold to him since he left me. wouldnt it be better for us as a couple to be good role models for the children rather than go back into a marriage that already did no work.Alot of nasty things come out in their divorce. But he is going to counceling with her for at least 1 session tommorow. I have at this point lost my everything. He asked me to wait in case after this first session, it isnt what he wants

He has mentioned this several times on Saturdays and made great play on how much time they spend together as a family etc etc.

Why no mention of the fact that the Creche is closed on that day, thus forcing Gerry's hand to spend time with his children?

at becoming the controller. The owner has hired me to replace his girlfriend at a local dealership. But I make $35,000 and work 45-50 hours a week. They have told me there will be a significant raise within 6 months and I have this in writing as well. I will be replacing the owners girlfriend as controller. I am not sure how much of a raise they will give once I do become controller, however, I will have to work 8am-6pm Monday thru friday and 9am-5pm two saturdays out of the month. Is this all worth it?

I already am a home owner and am looking to buy a plot of land to build my dream home.

I have around £13,000 in savings and have just found a plot for £45,000.

Question is: Can you get a mortgage just to buy the plot of land? Ie 45k - 13k i need 32k loan.

The plan is to buy land just now and sit on it for a while, then the idea is to sell my house, then the money from the house goes into the buld, this being around £140k. When im ready maybe in around a years time.

Is there any loan companies or building societys that offer loans for this?
Or a loan company that will lend more than 25K on a personal loan?

Uk people to answer only please.

I currently have a Sony Vaio that is four years old and I am finding the processor isn't running as well as it used to with all the new programs I have been adding. I've been having dreams at this one place for the last few months. It's just at a few houses down my street. A few days ago I had a dream that I was there at that same place down my street. I walked into a women I know's house were there was about eight other people all of other ages around me. I didn't reconize there faces but I felt really close to all of them. Then there was a big map of a very beautiful looking city. It was built of white stone. As soon as saw the map I felt this huge feeling of peace that I can't even explain. Everyone was congragulating me on my kingdom. Saying it was the best of all time. They all said I would build it in the future. And I would be the last of there kind. And then I woke up.The whole day I felt that great feeling. As you can see it was a very weird dream!! But I don't get any of it. Does anyone get any of it?

I was just in a car accident. The car in front of me stopped at a poorly placed cross walk, so I stopped too, but the SUV behind me didnt....he smashed right into the back of my car. My car only sustained relatively minor damage to the trunk...it will probably cost around $1500 to fix I would think. He didnt want to go through insurance, so against my better judgment just got all of his insurance info, license plate, address, and phone number. We didnt call the cops. No pictures. etc. Am I going to be sorry about this? what should I do? Is there anything I can do to protect myself if this guy turns out to be a jerk who doesnt pay up?

I don't see why anyone or any baseball fan in this world should respect Baroid Bonds. Also, I've heard many saying he never used steroids. Are you kidding? I got three facts to prove that he used steroids.

1) His Hat Size explains it all. Also just look at his whole shape now compared to 1998 or before. See what steroids does to you?

2) Even the person who distributed the steroids to him admitted that Bonds clearly used it.

3) Barry Bonds hit one HR per 16.1 AB prior to 1998. From 1999-2004, he hit one HR per 8.2 AB, and that's after his 35 years old birthday. Come on, this is not normal.

Bonds is a CHEATER. Never should be a hall of famer. Considering that he has the syptoms of steriod use(the bad knees, the way he built up in a short time, etc.) and that he REFUSES to take a drug test and dropped on the the MLBPA union so he wouldnt have to take one, that is a big reason why I have to say Yes, he is a cheater. Why should people favor him and be all excited for home runs?
