You'll need to get a business license, and tax license.
Then contact wholesale suppliers for board supplies and other merchandise.
Would be helpful if you ahve a biz name and logo.

Talk to your insurance company before anything else. If you have kids on wheels some will get hurt. Getting the merchandise will be the easy part contact the manufacturers of what you are wanting to sell. Designing the ramps and things to be fun and challenging but reasonably safe will be harder but if you have the money you can hire people to do things like designing them and hire bookkeeper and other skills if you don't have them all.
