i run/power walk in interval 45 min-1hr. dily
crunches-20 sit up, 20 crunches to the side on each side- 30 each side doing the bike motion for lower
20 3lb weigths for bicepy- 20 for shuolders- 20 for triceps
i do it before i run
i do see mroe definition but how long before my arms really change? any experience with this?

i had started to do crunches a while back.

i saw results in two - three weeks.

maybe around that time length...=)

Everybody and every BODY is different so it's hard to tell. You said that you are seeing more deffinition which is what you want to see. I'm not sure what more you're looking for. Women will not develope large muscles like men. Also, do not work the same muscles every day. They need 24 hours to rest and repair themselves.

umm depends on what you are doing. if you are looking to get bigger, the only way for that to happen is with plenty of rest, lots of protein, and going up in weight. if you are just trying to keep the definiton it may take a few more weeks to see any changes...hope that helps

if you're looking for visible growth, it'll take usually months... unless you've measured ahead of time and can compare weekly, which would show up in a few weeks.
