Warren Buffet the billionaire gave away most of his wealth to charity recently. He said he waited because he thought he could manage and grow the money better than the charities and there will always be a need for money to charity so there is no rush to give at any given time. What do you think?

Bit of a silly question yes, but ive never had hair extensions and basically, have no idea about them! Ive looked on a few hairdressers websites where id consider going to get them done, but i dont understand it, and dont want to ring them up or look like a dumbass by asking them these questions. Anyways, whats a half head? And a full head? I really dont know...

I didn't want to hurt the person's feelings by giving the gift back to them but it is something that is of no use to me or anyone I know and I would have much more use for money. The gift is brand new, was purchased in a large retail store which I know, it's still in its package - would it be possible to return it to that store and get a refund or at least get store credit? If so, how?

We just moved into our first house, and we've been here almost 3 months. Last week we discovered the floor around the toilet is rotted. Will any kind of insurance cover this, or simply a case of buyer beware? We had the home inspected previous to the purchase and the inspector did not catch it, apparently. Thanks for reading.
