So for some reason I keep losing points but I really don't think I'm in any terms of violation for my answers and questions, what else could be the reasoning for me losing points?

It looks like you're asking a lot of questions. You lose 5 points when asking a question. You need to choose a best answer to gain just some of the points back. But, you will still lose points overall, just asking. Try answering some questions or voting on undecided answers. Your points will be back in no time :)

People think that your answers are bad and uninformative so they give you a thumbs down which makes you lose points. Otherwise you are asking to many questions and not voting on a best answer. You lose five points for every question and if you don't choose a best answer you don't recieve 3 points back.

you are probably asking more than you are answering. you may not get many best answer points which is 10 points right there.
also, if you don't choose a best answer for your question you don't get your 3 points.

idk i got i think 20 points taken away at one time when i logged on to YA and I said WTF! i didnt get any email and whatever I just ignore it.
