I've been wondering that myself this week. As much as Giants fans would love to have him hit it into McCovey Cove, you have to consider the other scenario:
Giants fans would be PUMPED if Barry was to hit it out into the parking lot in Dodger Stadium to set the record, and giving the Dodgers the honor of having the home run record be set against them twice; once when Aaron did it to them in Atlanta, and now with Bonds. That would add fuel to that rivalry to be sure.
Of course I could be wrong.

I wish he would never break the record. A-Rod, now that will be a celebration. Bonds is a side show act for San Fran. making the rest of the team suffer. Giant are 43-57 (12 1/2 games out). Rah Rah Rah.

No, he will not.
The scenarios might depend on what he does over the weekend against Florida. If goes homerless over the weekend, he likely would play in the Dodger games, but would definitely not play after getting 755 if he does get to 755 there. After the Dodger games, he goes to San Diego, where home runs are rarely hit. Then he returns home.

No. The Giants and Bonds don't want him to break the record on the road. Especially in L.A. We Dodger fans hate them (Giants and Barroids) the most. They will do everything they can to have it done at AT&T Park, including having him play sparingly, if at all, on the upcoming road trip to L.A. and San Diego. I was watching the Braves-Giants game last night on TBS and they showed the banners and confetti guns and everything all set up to be unrolled and shot off when he breaks it. That's not going to be wasted by having him hit it on the road.
With that said, I hope he does break it in L.A. so he can be booed instead of cheered. But I'm not counting on it.

Sooner the better if you ask me. I'm really getting tired of Baseball tonight's Bond updates where we go to whereever Bonds is playing to watch him ground out.

No. Not with the way he is struggling right now. He will hit it sometime during the month of August but it is unclear what team he will hit it against.
