Some questions don't have an answer, or too many possible answers. I don't know how an aswer can't have a question attached to it. This is very philisophical lol

Yes a question can go unanswered, like how many grains of sand are there on the planet. But an answer, to be defined as an answer, must have had a question posed. But that by no means means the answer to any question is 100% infallably correct.
