I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:

1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)

Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).

Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

For me personally, first it's physical beauty--it's the very first thing that draws me, and she usually has long high-lighted hair and a well-defined a$s.....if I know she's available, then I ask her out--from there, her other hot qualities include articulate and intellectually stimulating conversational skills, a little bit of sarcastic wit, abundant confidence, some "street savvy", a spiritual awareness of a Supreme Being, overall compatatbility and a personal goal in life.....straight up sentiments, and blessings to you.....

Intelligence and a good personality are a must. It doesn't hurt if she is attractive and has a good body. For looks, I especially like eyes and legs.
