Hip Hop and Rap are a generational music and will eventually die out like most other styles. Why hasn't any new form of music been invented and come along like it has in the past and with other generations? Sometimes new music would come along co-existing with the present music.

There is this guy at my new job that really creeps me out. Im 16 and he has to be over 35. I dont know a thing about him and dont care to,but the other day he went by my check stand and gave me this extremely scary stare. i tried not to make eye contact with him,but i kinda looked at the corner of my eye when he was a little further away and he was still staring me down. I went to my lunch and he was walking my way..i thought of turning around and going back but thought it would look obvious so i just walked past him and he said hi and just stared me down until i was out of sight. This has happened a couple of times but after he went by my check stand i just got the chills. Has anyone had this happen to them,and what did you do?

I have a problem when I'm sparring.
When I spar, it feels like all the training I did is going down the drain. I feel like I'm not using too much of what I learned and feel like just getting hit or running in and blindly punching some one.
How can I actually get good?
It really frustrates me when I'm sparring because the time I've spent training feels useless.
Help me!
