I am in college and live in an apartment with other students but I am paying for the internet and I am charging by the month so. I am receiving 10 mbps. How do i regulate the speeds? I mean if someone is downloading using bittorent they will hog the connection. How do I delegate a certain connection speed for each user?

Have any of you played secret sex games with your brother or sister when you were growing up? My wife told me she did it with her brother starting at the age of eight, and they kept it up well into their late teens. And my wife is one of the most well adjusted (and tremendously sexy) people I have ever known. I know that a bunch of you are going to say, "eeeew!" And I am going to hear you say I am sick, because I think it was ok for them to do it. But if any of you have had a similar relationship with a sibling, please let me know about it and how it turned out. My wife said they quit doing it when they were about 18 because they moved out into their respective lives, but she said she still finds him sexy, and that neither one of them were harmed by it. So what do you think? Anyone else done this? And how did it turn out for you?

why do the big bubbles in the bath tub smell so bad, i mean they smell terrible,how can something with such a pretty brown color smell so awful, they look like cocoa, so they should smell like cocoa, im almost to the point to where im going to stop playing with them, cause when they finally pop, they make me nautious

Taurus: Your fridge is empty. Licked clean ! The Taurus may be spotted cooking something nearby.
Gemini: A little of everything is missing. The Gemini took food for their friends as well as for themselves.
Cancer: Quite a lot is missing, but they left you a little 'sorry & thank-you' note.
Leo: They didn't take anything because you stocks seemed low, and they invited you to help yourself from their new, big, expensive fridge.
Virgo: Your fridge suddenly looks very clean, and you're sure that it wasn't you who washed it. The cheese is back in the diary section where it is meant to be kept. What's missing: fruit juice and healthy snacks. P.S. the Virgo probably took a lot of time opening and shutting the refrigerator door, attempting to trick the light inside.
