Actually it means "I am dead to her"
'morido' is the verb 'morir' - 'to die' plus the suffix '-ido' of the past participle (-to, -so, -cho, -ado and -ido).
It is incorrect grammar but it is very commonly used to emphasize the point that the action happened in the past and stayed in the past. Participles in Spanish are not quite as simple as in English, the verbs that would need the (-to, -so, -cho) suffixes are very easily confused and thus used with (-ado or -ido) for example 'impreso' - 'to print' it is frequently heard as 'imprimido' where it should be 'impreso'.
It shows that the person either is not highly educated or that they are just learning Spanish (kids use it A LOT) (consider it our 'I 'ain't seen nothing')
The correct sentence would be:
"Ya estoy muerto para ella"
or:
"Ya he muerto para ella"

Do you mean "Yo estoy muriendo pa [para] ella"? - I'm dying for her! I don't think 'morido' is a word in Spanish.
