I have to deal with a person who is in her 30s and still acts like a child. Doesnt want to do her work always taking breaks. When i ask her general work questions she wants to raise her voice to me, like a kid instead acting like a professional. What should I do because i have to deal with her on a daily basics and I don't want the office or the people we service to suffer because of her attitude.

"Prayer Warriors"



I mean absolutely no offense to that woman who had the prayer request. It was a horrible scenario she described.


However, her use of this term seemed appalling to me. I don't know, seemed a little contradictory. Thoughts anyone?

I have a 1994 Chevy 3/4 ton. It was overheating, so I had the thermostat and water pump replaced. It ran good for 2 days, then the temperature needle started going all over the place. A friend said it is probably a bad thermostat. Is it that or could it be something else?

So since i Graduated from high school,None of my friends talk to me anymore. im mostly lonely now.it really sucks. the only thing fun i did is went to visit my friend who is in the army in kansas.. it was a blast and i made a bunch of friends their. yea i am 16 years old and i really want to join the marines and UFC. i weigh 175 lbs and i am 6 foot . Is that bad? Am i overweight? i took karate and i studied Judo and i am going to take Brazilian Jui juitsu so i think i am a fairly good fighter. What else should i do to train for marines and UFC? If I receive a wire transfer of $200K from an offshore bank to my bank in Texas, how much taxes do I need pay? I got some different answers, one said 35% and some said 10% to the IRS. It wasnt clear to me.

I had a tilt table test and it took 39 min for my blood pressure to drop but it did> I also had a 24 hour hear monitor on (take home) that came back i was having blood pressure dropping episode quite a few times. i went because of constent light headed ness and chills, shaking. what does this mean? I was told it could be neurocardiogenic syncope. Should I be scared.?

this is a B&S 17.5hp, OHV, single cylinder engine, labeled as a Craftsman I/C engine.

this engine is 2 years old, but barely used. i just started using it today and it sounds like this. cuts the grass fine, but my old 17hp (almost exactly the same as this one) worked much better then this. it never bogged down unless i was cutting through really thick grass or pulling a heavy load, and when i engage the blades, it got up to speed in less than 2 seconds and ran at a higher rpm.
this engine also takes a while to get up to redline. my old engine was quick revving like a car.
could this be from an improper fuel/air ratio?

i also installed it myself, what could have gone wrong? everything fit the same as my old engine.
