In September 06 my husbund filed for divorce (it was a mutual decision) The divorce was to be final in Dec. however we decided to try to reconcille..... it didn't work. We now want to continue with the divorce, do we need to refile/repay?

I am 28 and have been investing in 401K's since my first job at the age of 21. I have lost money every year. Good economy. Bad econony,. I have done money market, done managed risk, changed plans and risk levels. No matter what I do, it keeps losing. Every change I research the 5 10 and 15 year averages and they always do great until I invest. I'm losing faith in the 401K process. I just took a new job and I wont be vested until 3 years of service, and not 100% until 5 years. I dont plan to stay there that long. Right now they ONLY fund that is making money under my employers plan in the money market which is making 1/4 of 1% interest. I know yanking the cash out is an automatic loss but is it time to stop putting money in the plan an investing it elsewhere instead (CD's maybe?).... Thoughts?

I've noticed that in alot of pics of space....I don't see any stars. You would think that since here on Earth you can see plenty of stars burning bright, but why in space aren't there any stars....I mean at least not in the pics. I think its a huge conspiracy by the government.

Last week I was driving home from work when I noticed my car was smoking and temp was at red. I pull my car over as soon as I could but not before the car steering became tight. it was towed to dealer service center were less than 2 months ago had oil pan, oil filter and sway bar replaced and they were supposed to check the car for any other problems (they gave me a check list all stated good). The mechanic called me the next day and said it was a water pump and radiator hose $450 then later said spark plugs were black another $180 then called and said I need a new motor $5800 and none of it is covered under warrantee. I still owe $6400 on the car and planed on trading it for a new car but now I do not think a dealer would take it for a trade in and I do not think it is worth me putting all that money into even if I had it. What should I do? You know of a dealer that would trade it in as is?

My Proview 17" CRT monitor emits an odor when it operates (I've had it for 2 days now). Also, the top of the CRT monitor is HOT. Is this normal or does it indicate a malfunction?

Are June Bugs & Japanese Beetles the same thing?? Some people have told me they are while others say that they are two completely different insects. Which is it???

I'm talking about the huge, annoying, copper-colored ones that you can hear when they fly around & hit things....and they hurt if they hit you. So are they the same thing??

Also, whats a good tried & true way to get rid of them or severely lessen the amount in the area???

Also, are there any repellants that can be used much like citronella with mosquitoes??? I'm so terrified beyond belief of them (& I don't know why!) that I am rarely able sit outside at night anymore & I'd love to be able to more often!!

Well i live in texas and i have been seeing many black widows, not just the normal type. these are defianately black widowes, because they are black and have a red hour glass on the underside, but they also have white markings on them i see regular ones and then i see these ones more increasingly.
