In September 06 my husbund filed for divorce (it was a mutual decision) The divorce was to be final in Dec. however we decided to try to reconcille..... it didn't work. We now want to continue with the divorce, do we need to refile/repay?

there is usually a time limit on how long you can take before you have to refile, this is usually six months from the time filed. the only way to know for sure would be to contact the courts or a lawyer. the odds are you will need to refile because of how long it has been, some states allow you up to a year to complete the process.

if you cancelled the other filing, yes.... if you just postponed it then, no.
