i don't think so you are both still underage when the activities leading to pregnancy happened so you should be OK unless your parents will try to have something done but i don't think they can since you are both minors. so young your whole life is gonna be so different now but stay strong and always love the child and do the right thing and God will be on your side. hopefully you have strong supportive parents who don't give you alot of **** about what your going through. good luck!!!
people can give me thumbs down all they want but if you judge and push your views on people it only makes them feel stronger about their own thoughts, she is already preganant and if this is what they want then it is their right not yours to judge the situation so grow up!!!

Here are some tips to help you break the news to your parents because telling your parents you are pregnant is one of the hardest things to do if you are a teen. You may feel scared, ashamed, embarrassed, nervous, anxious, or depressed. 1. Stay calm 2. Write a letter if you need to 3. Make a plan beforehand 4. Tell them first--don’t let them hear it somewhere else 5. Bring a supportive friend or relative along 6. If you plan to continue the pregnancy, be specific about the future. Explain how you’ll finish school, provide for the baby, etc. 7. If they freak out, leave for a bit and come back later. Hopefully they will have calmed down a little. Also go to the planned parenthood website to look for a health center in your area. There are staff members there who can help you (for free) with any questions or offer you support. You'll get through this. I'll send a prayer up the Heavens for your boyfriend and for you.

It may be. You need to check your state's laws. In most states there is a minimum age to have sex. The government feels that anyone younger than a certain age can't really decide if they want to or not, so they can't say that it's okay. In that case, it is rape because the law doesn't think the younger child can decide properly. If that isn't the case, your stae may also have a limit on the age span between sexual partners. Maybe you have to be a year or two apart for them to think that it's okay. And a bigger age span, it's considered rape. But I do think that the rape charge is linked to the time that you were having sex and not the time that the baby is born. So, do your research based on him being 16 and you being 14 and check your state's laws. And...if you really want to protect him from legal problems, stop having sex until you are 16! That is the safest thing! Good luck!

You need to call a lawyer and ask them because laws differ from state to state. Usually the age of consent for sex is 16 in most states so if your 14 and he is 16 then yes, I would say its possible. You are not at the age of consent and he is...so yes that would be i think statutory rape. But you really should call a lawyer and ask them.

You are 14 and pregnant? Didn't really think that one through did you? Better yet, you are 14 and having sex? Where are your parents? You probably shouldn't have that baby. It wuld be selfish. You can't even get a job until you are 16, how do you plan on supporting your child? Any job your 16 year old boyfriend has isn't going to cut it. Don't you still have some sex education to go through, have you even made it to high school? I think it would be extremely selfish to keep the baby. You are a child. Its so sad, not for you but for the baby. Babies shouldn't have babies. Pull it together.

Legally in the state of Georgia, not sure where you are, he can be charged RIGHT NOW with statutory rape, simply because he is of the legal age for consent and you are not. Now, if he were 18, he could be charged with child molestation.

It all depends on what state you live in. Try to google something like 'statutory rape [insert home state]'. That should help you find the answer.

I'm not sure but I know that 16 is usually the age of consent so you being 14 at the time is below the age of consent.
Make sure you see a doctor, take your vitamins and talk with your parents, I think they are the only ones who can actually press charges.

Shouldn't you have been concerned about him being charged with statutory rape before you had sex with him?

It depends on the state you live in... I am from NY and it is already statutory rape for your current ages.
