I'm a 17 year old male with mild acne and some red marks. In high school my condition made it very difficult to meet girls due to my self confidence and my appearence. I would really like to make a change in this so I can pick up the pace and have women be more receptive to me and finally lose my virginity. This might seem a little selfish, but I'm being perfectly honest with my desires. I have tried literally everything for my condition (antibiotics, topicals, vitamins/supplements, liver flush, colon cleansing, you name it)_and it seems that accutane is my last resort. I am considering this mainly for the reason that it's very awkward to explain why I haven't had a girlfriend yet and I'd really like to function like a normal person in society for once in my life. Can anyone offer me any advice?

If you spend a lot of time thinking about how or things happen or why people do things, won't that take away from your ability to appreciate everyday things that happen by chance? Like wouldn't that person be so stuck on how things LOGICALLY happened that they fail to realize the bigger, less complicated picture? Does this make any sense??

First of all, she left me in Jan 97. 4 years earlier, I was a jerk and hurt her feelings. I didn't cheat on her, I was just insensitive. Anyway, she dated a few people and then started seeing a guy from work. She started sleeping with him but would never tell me until I had positive proof a couple of months later. She was ready for the divorce then. She would call me and tell me everything they did until I asked her not to call me anymore.
She got out of her lease and moved in with him in June a few years ago. On Christmas Day she said she made the biggest mistake and wanted to come home and work on our relationship. I took her back out of revenge just to see her walk out on him on Christmas day. Ihad lost all love for her since I chased her for several months to no avail.
She seems truly sorry but hasn't done the little things for me she told me she did for him. We have been back together for some time now but I still have issues with it. We are in counseling. How do you recover?

I live in Florida and consider my self a Rep . because im for military and lower taxes . Alot of people here hate Dems , I dont , I just really dont know alot about them . Alright my cousin is 19 yrs old basically like a little sister to me and she even babysits my kids sometimes.She fell hard for her first bf senior year he became her first well you get the picture.They got enagged but he broke up with her after the first semester of college for another girl and this has torn my cousin up.Now this guy has come back he still has the same gf though and wants a fling with my cousin.She recently told me she is going along with this to get pregnant so he will want to marry her?She is comparing her situation with what happen with my husband and i.Which is very rare I got pregnant by accident during a fling but my man and i would get together for 4.5-5yrs.Because 3 months after my son was born my man was in a car accident that left him almost paralyzed for almost 2 yrs.I helped to care for him during that time but after he recoved we both saw other people for a while before getting back together and marrying.How do i convince her my situation is not hers?

My bro left his wife for 2 days because she kept their children in the same dirty diapers all day and wouldn't clean house. She took their 2 yr. old downstairs to mom's and left the 1yr old in the playpen all day. He went back to clean because she didn't clean the house and change the kids again and mom's really upset. He decided to stay to make sure the kids are taken care of and to get her to leave the apartment because she neglects the children while he is at work or she leaves them downstairs at mom's all day. Now she wants him to stay gone so she is going to lie tomorrow at the court clerks office in order to get a restaining order so he is not allowed at his apartment or his mother's because he live's upstairs from her. What can he do to get her in trouble for filing under false pretenses?

I'm 9 months pregnant and the whole pregnancy I have had sex maybe once or twice a month. If that!
I'm just tried or in pain or my husband doesn't feel like it or it's just me.

I live in the U.S., and I recently participated in a medical study for which I was paid about $5,000. Basically, you are given a trial drug (mine was a generic arthritic pain reliever) and you live in the medical facility for a week or so, with your blood samples taken every so often.

I'm considering doing another one, but a friend of mine mentioned that I might have to pay tax on the amount I earn differently if I do two studies rather than one. He said he thought that if I do only one,II would only pay tax similarly to what it would be if I earned it at a regular job. But if I do two or more, I would have to fill out my federal tax return differently and end up paying tax as if it were a business venture (I would owe far more).

Obviously, I'm less inclined to do another study if I'll take a major hit in taxes on both studies. I'm not asking for any concrete tax advice here, I'm just wondering if there's any validity to what my friend says about doing one versus two.
