Health is generally a physical reference; well-being is a mental attitude.
I may espouse the concept of well-being even if I am really sick.

Health is defined as: The absence of disease or injury along with physical, mental, and social well-being.

Well-being is defined as: State of human existence in which a person's basic needs are adequately met and satisfied.

Well-being is an aspect of health.

yes health is more physical than anything else but well being is not just mental attitude, it incorporates physical health and how it interacts or relates to your mental attitude and vice versa. for example if people are negative in general, they may well suffer more 'illness'. some of those illnesses may be psycho somatic, ie caused by negative mind sets, or not really physical at all. well being might also incorporate your social links and supports, your ability to be self sufficent, either physically or emotionally, your 'happiness', your ability to be proactive etc etc
