I'd like child support modification...?
My income has dramatically changed. From $50 per hour, to $14 an hour due to circumstances beyond my control. My child support is $325 per week (3 kids), my pay is $560. I have the kids 3 nights a week, so it is greater than 40%. I live in Florida. Any suggestions? I want to get an attorney and get it modified. I can hardly make ends meet. Kids are 16, 15, 12. She has since remarried, as have I. As I struggle, they are planning a large addition to the house...

I have an oscar and a pleco in a 55 gallon tank. The oscar is not even a year old and is probably like 6 inches long. He is not big. My pleco on the other hand is huge. We JUST did a total water change 3 days ago, put in new filters, and again already the water is disgusting and green. Why can't we keep this tank clean?? Isn't the pleco supposed to help? Do I need a bigger thank for just the two of them? I feed my oscar small amounts at a time, I make sure he eats everything before I give him more, and I scoop what he doesnt eat out of the tank.

Maybe my filter (not the cartridges) itself sucks? But the cartridges always have a ton of stuff on them. I just dont' know what to do and I feel bad for my fishies living in filth.

heeeeelp

Was it the tyres or the bike cause I really want to blame something! It's not the first time that Rossi has no chance.. at all!

The next race is far in the future so I hope when the next one comes.. Rossi to start winning cause I am not happy like this! Good job for Melandri... First time for me to see him race like this

Stoner...The first one to win both pole and first place.. man I'm angry!!! I hate this race....

So you thoughts on the race?

Me and my family (myself, my wife and our 3 kids) spent some time in the US last year and we liked it so much we want to move there to live.

My wife has a very good job I wont say how much she gets but it is a very good job and we would have financial backing from my parents as well.

My mom has dual citizenship and is both a US Citizen and a UK National with the right of abode and my grandmother is a registered full blooded American Indian. Can someone help me out with this as I am not sure of the process of moving to the US.

I have been looking on the government websites but have not found any real information that actually helps me.

Anyone got some advice as to what me and my partner would have to do (my partner has no connection to the US through her family like I do through mine)

There would be me, my partner and our three kids (6, 4 and 3)

Thanks for all your help

I'm from the UK and I've never had a chance to visit Sydney and I know that even if I go there I'll only see the tourist side of it. I'm writing a small story on a teenage girl who goes from the UK to Sydney for couple of months (to live with a rich family) I want it to be feasible so I'm doing research... as locals what's Sydney like, because every city has a different and magical charm ;D

Years ago, my dad was at a dance and was actually doing the 'twist' at the time. He was also holding a female in the air with him arms. Well they next day he was in excruiating pain on both legs, on the inside of the legs, just below the knee. Its not actually the knee, it is just below on the inside leg and feels very painfull, tender and like a burning sensation.

Since then, this pain has come back time and time again. My folks are huge rock and rollers and love to dance, but this problem is causing my dad a lot of pain. He is 63 years old. Does anyone know what it could be, or what maybe the twist action did? My only thoughts are because his upper body was fairly stationery when he was dancing (as he was holding the female), so he wasn't necessarily turning with it, could he have twisted something and caused long term damage? Any help, any remedies, any advice much appreciated for my dancing dad! thank you in advance!

Most of us have a favorite band/artist or novelist or actor/actress or whatever. If they were jerks in real life, cocky and arrogant, would that turn you off to their music or books or whatever?

I say the loud motorcycle: Due to the fact you can close the door on a Jehovah's Witness but you can't close the windows or doors tight enough to block out a Dirt Ball Biker with ego inflating loud pipes.
