I am five foot one. I am 14. And someone said that In order to have boys drooling over me I should weigh 85 pounds. I think that's too skinny....anyone agree...disagree?

I have a TINY 1 lb. 11 week old yorkie and she bites at her paws and pulls out the hair. I have also noticed her scratching her ears A LOT and the hair is going thin. The vet checked her for ear mites, fleas, etc. and says she does not have them. Any ideas on why she is doing this or what might be causing her to do this?

Remember the Kyoto Treaty. Industrial Nations, keep on blaming China & India for their carbon emission into the environment.

I agree that china & india does release carbon gases that contribute to global warming, but its the indsutrial nations that started it first, instead of them being the leading nations to reduce their emission significantly, esp. US under Bush Administration which refuse to reduce, but complain about other nations.

if Leaders of Industrialised nations are willingly to reduce significatnly, i am sure with their major influence in the world, they are able to force alot of nations into re-thinking about the green environment. Esp. The US. Their influence is so great in the world, they should join the kyoto and start to change their stragety.

We all lose are cool from time to time, but is it really that difficult carrying for an infant? (non-parent here)

According to the segment, the mother place the baby in a small marsh like body of water, weighed the baby down by placing two medium side boulders on his back and walked way leaving the young infant for eager hungry wildlife to feed on.

A pvt. ltd. company has the following as its employees :
1) Mr. X = Managing Director who is also a shareholder in that co. Sal = Rs.75000/- per month.
2) Mr X's wife = Chief Accountant with a salary of Rs. 35000/- per month.
3) Mr X's son = Cashier with a salary of Rs. 25000/- per month.
4) Mr X's daughter = Secretary with a salary of Rs. 25000/- per month
5) Mr X's son-in-law = Sales Executive with salary of Rs. 40000/- p.m.

In short all employees are close relatives of the Managing Director drawing hefty salaries.

Is such an organisational set-up good in law?
Further are such salary expenses of the co.are allowed as admissible expenses from Income Tax point of view?
