For the last few months I have been eating extremely healthy (staying in the 1000-1300 calorie range) No soda, no fast food, no junk food, I drink 8 glasses of water a day, etc.
I have been going for a 30 minute walk every day, a long with riding on my stationary bike and doing strength training.
I have only lost 2 pounds, and only 1 in off my waist, which is my main problem area.
Now I know weight loss takes time, but I've been doing this for over 6 months, and seen almost no results. I have tried increasing my exercise to a 1 hour walk every day, and 30 minutes on the exercise bike but nothing happened.
I have no idea what to do.
I have a 32in waist, and my stomach is very flabby.
Any idea on what I can do? I have tried almost everything and feel like I'm just about to give up. Maybe the only way out is to just stop eating altogether.
Any advice?
