For the last few months I have been eating extremely healthy (staying in the 1000-1300 calorie range) No soda, no fast food, no junk food, I drink 8 glasses of water a day, etc.
I have been going for a 30 minute walk every day, a long with riding on my stationary bike and doing strength training.
I have only lost 2 pounds, and only 1 in off my waist, which is my main problem area.
Now I know weight loss takes time, but I've been doing this for over 6 months, and seen almost no results. I have tried increasing my exercise to a 1 hour walk every day, and 30 minutes on the exercise bike but nothing happened.
I have no idea what to do.
I have a 32in waist, and my stomach is very flabby.
Any idea on what I can do? I have tried almost everything and feel like I'm just about to give up. Maybe the only way out is to just stop eating altogether.
Any advice?

PLEASE DON'T QUIT!
I would really suggest doing more strenuous exercises, change your walk to a light jog (it doesn't have to be 30 min)
Imagine jogging everyday in combination with your diet!
Try Increasing the level on the exercise bike
Watch out when it comes to strength training, do light weights with more repetitions. If you do heavy weights you will build muscle mass which will keep you from dropping a lot of weight. [It seems like you have the determination to become a female body builder but i highly doubt that's your goal : ) ]
You want to sweat! It really looks like you are very disciplined concerning your diet and exercises. Work on your abs to trim up your waist.
Once again, Pleeezz don't give up. If none of this works go seek out a personal trainer, it could be just for advice!
GOOD LUCK!

You don't say how old you are but if you are getting past 35 years of age your metabolism could be slowing down. Or you could have other issues such as water retention or thyroid problems. If I were you I'd go to a doctor to check these things out first. When I had this problem my doctor put me on water pills and since then it has been easier to lose weight. Also the medications you might be taking can interfere with weight loss, so I'd consider that as as a possible reason why you're having trouble losing weight. If you suspect that a medication is preventing you from losing weight, talk to your doctor and see if you can switch to another one.
Also you have to change your routine every now and then. The body is very skilled at getting used to a routine and after a while you get less out of the workout. So try something different like swimming or aerobics or something that you haven't done in a long time and switch off every now and then with different activities.
Also, try different diets until you find one that works for you. In my case Jenny Craig is the answer. Different diets work for different people so keep trying them, but don't try anything unhealthy.
And finally, don't have expectations that are too high. I got down to a certain weight and couldn't get down any more. I was doing everything right and nothing worked. I was a size 8 and should have been happy with that. So take your age and your metabolism into account too.
Anyway, good luck!

It sounds like your taking great steps... don't get discouraged...It does take time.
I noticed someone else mentioned picking your workout up to a jog. If you don't have any health problems that keep you from that (and mental blocks don't count), try to build up to a jog and then to a run. The middle to end of your exercise you should find it hard to be able to hold a conversation.
KEY NOTE: Stop using your scale, it can be deceiving. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you are doing strength training you may be loosing more fat than you think, but your gaining muscle and the scale doesn't tell you that.
There is a common flaw in your program that I see very often. This is dependent on your height, weight, and age, but you should probably be taking in more calories than you are. For example a 30 yr old women that is 5'4" 150 lbs, should be consuming at least 1800 even if trying to lose weight. Visit FitnessMagazine.com for the caloric needs calculator. The calculator will give you the amount of calories needed to maintain weight. Do not subtract more than 300 calories from the number it gives you.
By eating the small amount of calories you are, you may be holding back what your body is capable of doing. You should eat at least 5 smaller meals everyday as opposed to 3 larger. This will help to increase your metabloism. When you starve your body of the calories and energy it needs, it begins storing everything you take in, with the mindset that since your body doesn't know when it will be nourished again and needs to store everything it can, and it's stored in the form of fat.
Just be patient, stay motivated and you will see results.
Good Luck!

Don't stop eating. Try doing exercises that target the stomach and if its just lose skin do sit ups to tighten it. If you stop eating then you would not be able to eat a lot after. I tried that and i lost 25 lbs in 3 weeks. But it weaken me and now i barely eat anything because im never hungry. So don't try it, its unhealthy. Another thing is that you can try some fighting arts. Those helped my friends and me a lot.

You may have a thyroid problem. The thyroid is what controls the body's metabolism. Symptoms of hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid) include fatigue, weakness, weight gain or difficulty losing weight, dry hair and/or skin, hair loss, cold intolerance, constipation, and cramps. This might be the reason you cannot lose weight. You can be checked for this disease with a simple blood test, and treatment is available.

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.
Check out http://fitness-secret.info , there are some great exercise for weight loss you can choose.

Someone said detox, which I can agree with. Your problem area is your stomach from what I am reading. Try some Experience by Awareness, you'd be surprised how much belly fat is actually waste, I have used it as well as some of my friends and we have all lost inches from our waste. Also you should try more exercises that target your stomach. I suggest this one DVD that worked for me its called CRUNCH Fat Burning Ab Attack. You can also change up on your workout, sometimes when you do the same thing for to long your body stops reacting to it. Good luck

stop obsessing about weight and calories. everything the magazine or the company that sells diet drugs told you bout exercising/their products, unless you'll stick to it- and it works, are basically pointless. you have to actually enjoy your diet without actually stressing out about it all the times.
You want to eat, eat. but exercise afterward.
drink soda, but only to taste it not to finish the whole can
eat fast food, but not all of it, just taste it.
what is your motivation to loose weight anyway? embody perfection? or be healthy?
see the end of the road. look at people who may be you in the future if you keep doing what you are doing.. what are the advantages/disadvantage doing the diet or yoyo-ing or to let loose all together.
