Some 20 year old pitchers can throw in the mid 90's. At that age you are almost at your peak performance with velocity.

Don't let anyone tell you an exact speed in the future. Because velocity has nothing to do with how much you lift weights or how strong your arm is. It's all about moving your energy from the windup and converting it into power by following through. It really depends how good of coaching do you have and how well your mechanics will be. You can really be 20 years old and not throw much faster, and you could be 18 and have 90mph + fastball. A good long leg stride, by stretching your legs like a huge rubber band will provide huge improvements followed by consistent mechanics. The longer your strides the more power you will harvest. You don't want to be throwing all arm. You want to use your body mainly for that. If you really want to work out to achieve higher speeds, work on your endurance as well as fitness, and it is good to do yoga since it stretches your legs allowing you for a huge stride. As I said to you, you could be throwing 65 mph or you could throw 90 mph. All depends on your mechanics. By the way till you fully mature till around youre 18, work on your mechanics. You will see the results.

Yah you can't predict that, but get into pitching schools and workout if your considering pitching in the future, I could throw 60 when I was 14 and now I'm 18 and I still throw about 60 thanks to no effort to improve.... What nikhiltikoo is referring to is the distance of the mound in the LLWS is shorter so an 80mph pitch feels like a 104mph pitch from a major league mound.. the moral of the story is don't listen to him

it is hard to tell. kids all seem to develop differently. also you could change the speed of the pitch as you get older ,but i have seen some boys that their speed of pitches stays consistant at the same speed they had when they were young. dont worry about your speed but work on your accuracy and delivery. if you can stay accuate and dependible as a pitcher you will be better than just a speed ball pitcher. chances are you will probably be throwing in the 80s to 90s as you get older

That's impossible to tell. I can tell you that if you start to thry anf throw a lot of curveballs and crap like that at your age, you'll probably still be throwing 60 mph at age 20 because you'll damage your elbow.

Probably 80-90 mph, if you keep on pitching, have no injuries, and work out. If not, who knows. Maybe you'll throw even slower when you get older.

You cannot predict how fast you will be able to throw. But you can continue working on your motion and velocity, and try to use off speed pitches, to throw off the batters. Then u will be fine.
