I'm of the opinion that belief in God reflects a LACK of imagination. After all, it's not like you're actually thinking of the enormity and complexity of the universe and imagining all the different ways it might have came to be. You're just accepting and regurgitating whatever the church has spoon-fed you. No thinking or imagination involved.
And yes, I do have an imagination.

If you have a son with no imagination that means he's watching too much TV and not reading books. This didn't happen automatically, you are responsible for it.
Having faith in God doesn't have much to do with imagination, it just means they don't have enough to think for themselves yet.
Of course I have an imagination, that's how I manifest things and events that I want in my life.

Imagination has nothing to do with faith. I have a very active imagination, and almost zero faith. Just because my mind is off in fantasy land sometimes, doesn't mean I actually BELIEVE in any of it.

If no one had any imagination in this world, it would be a very dull place. I have a very active imagination, and I will try to keep it as long as I can.

the arrogance of mankind to think we are here by means of our interpretation of this universe. that's imagination for you.
I have faith in God The Creator, Provider and Protector.
For those who ask: What kind of God would allow death and suffering?
I answer: The God who gives life is free and welcome to take life. All glory and honor are yours Almighty Father.

It's sad, our society today doesn't really give kids the room to develop imaginations. Video games just don't do it.

imagination is important, i won't argue with that..
but, i don't think we need imagination to support something we, religiously speaking, believe in.. how can you imagine something you, FOR REAL, believe in..? saying so just contradicts your statement about believing in God..
it's not exactly imagination we need.. i think it's more of faith..

You forgot to mention that as a family you ALL have one hell of an imagination. You are all collectively believing in fairy tales.
