i love martial arts with all my heart. i practice every day until im sweaty and exhuasted. then i get a good nights sleep and im perfect for the next day. but lately ive noticed my muscles are fatigued and i get tired faster. could it be that my body cant take it. i know i over do it sometimes but should i really turn down my entire workout?

I am not as afraid of getting old as I am of possibly becoming incapable of looking after myself. the very idea of having to be looked after, fed, washed ect scares the wotsit out of me & the thought of someone taking care of my toilet needs humiliates me. "I used to change my kids nappies, & now they change mine" gives me nightmares, hopefully I will be like so many spritely OAP's I see. & lets face it at 47 I am nearer my twilight years than my youth!!

I need them for school. I want name brand ones that are shaped (like the ones at abercrombie). I can't have logos though. I already found out gap and old navy have them.
No French Toast or Walmart type brands!
And I need red, royal blue, and white.

Ok I did it! I so far (knocking on wood) successfully converted my fresh water talk to salt. It's been almost a month. Right now I have two damsels doing their job and keeping me well entertained while the tank is still cycling. My question is how do I know when it's done? Everything went crazy a couple weeks ago and now my nitrite levels are going back down, the salt looks normal, i'm getting some alge growing, and the tank is pretty (somewhat for salt water). I have a live rock, and used some live crushed coral, and some other live stuff in a tube (can't remember what it's called). So what happens when it's done? There isn't a dinger or anything on my tank and I haven't thought to ask anyone until now how do you know it's ready for fish.

I'm very sad and am low spirit because my parents keep saying no about me going to JW meeting. I told my parents that I want to visit to JW congregation for once but they are afraid that I might abandon or lost my interest in Catholic faith if I went to JW meeting... Please help. If performance chips are so good, adding Horsepower and gas mileage, why don't they come standard with all cars? They can be bought for under $20, so obviously they wouldn't add much to the price of a car. Is there a downside to them that the performance chip sellers aren't mentioning?

I'm seventeen and my parents are such control freaks. I love to play sports and be active and I don't like coming home and just sitting around. I've played soccer for a few years and I would like to play it during my senior year in high school. But, my parents want me to eaither do nothing or prefurably work instead. I don't like working during the school year because I never have time to do homework and I come home exhausted after a 12 hour day. What should I do? I'm almost eighteen and they treat me like a little kid. I'd even pay for the whole thing with my money that I've worked for this summer. Please help.

Clicking sounds of a skate boarder on the street

He weaves between taxis and occasional trucks
Surfing the bumps of street life

Smile in his eyes
With concentration on his mouth

AAAAH!H!!!! I think he's older than my dad!!!! I'm an idiot because I gave him my number because I didn't think he would actually memorize it! (plus I'd be seeing him all the time and I don't want him to give me crap for giving him the wrong digits). Anyways, I'm pretty nice to him when I see him and I thought it would be cool if he could teach me to lift weights. But NOOOO now it's weight lifting and DINNER.... EEEEWWWW he's old and ugly... Why does he even think he's in my league?!!! I'm not sure what his intentions are though... is this a date or just friends hanging out?? What do you think? Also, how can I let him down easily????? My question is based on some things my grandfather and father were telling me about recruit entry level training. My fiance's enlistment and impending training in the Army is all the topic of conversation with the men in my family. Now I wasn't born yesterday (I'm 18) and realize that their experience is dated by decades but still I want to ask for my own peace of mind. He's a very sensitive boy and his mom never raised her voice to him nor have I. He and I always communicate in a very civilized manner. He's no wimp though; in excellent physical shape and very manly and brave. He's very respectful and often will intervene to assist people who need help. He never has money in his pocket because he donates it to the homeless people he comes in contact with. My grandfather, a Vietnam combat veteran says that in Basic Training the sergeants will yell and insult recruits. They have to stay up most of the night shining their boots. He said other scary things. I'm sure not true.
