Make a sandwich of two Ritz crackers and creamy peanut butter, then dip entirely into melted chocolate and allow to cool on wax paper. YUM!

Haha, lucky bum! I wish I could stay home today. Here's a simple one cause it's just two ingredients. Though you may have trouble getting one of them. Kamaboko + cream cheese. Kamaboko is fish cake, hot pink on the outside, white on the inside, in a long semi-circular bar. It can be bought at any Asian market. Anyhow, chop that up as tiny or as large as you like with a couple tablespoons of cream cheese. You can choose how much of each you like to get the consistency you want. It's yummy stuff! If not that, cheese and a slice of apple work nicely on each cracker. I know it's not a dip, but it tastes good!

I know this sounds weird but I love to put Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Pieces on ritz crackers. It satisfies both salty and sweet cravings.

When I was younger, I used to eat crushed up ritz with milk and sugar.

Peanut butter of course. My dad introduced this to my 2 year old son, and now he calls them Papa crackers. :-)
