every single night lately she will be tired but will toss and turn and cry and just whine. i know nothing is wrong so i try to ignore it but it will go on for 30 mins to an hour. i just cannot stand it anymore i don't know what to do or why she is doing it. i do not want to spoil her and keep putting the nook in her mouth over and over but i just cant deal with it anymore!!! im dealing with this on my own-my husband is deployed:(:(:( HELP

My 6 month old does the same thing. Is she teething? Mine is and I usually give him some teething tablets or Tylenol(my pediatrician recommended giving him Tylenol). As far as the passy..I still give my son his...I figure since he is in so much pain from the teething the passy give him some comfort and I will deal with weening him from it after he has cut a few teeth. P.S. I just saw another reply that said something about an ear infection....my son also had an ear infection so that might have something to do with it also.

Do you have a swing you can put her in until she falls asleep?
Perhaps she is teething? It can feel worse at bedtime because the baby has no distraction from the pain.
You can try camilia to relieve teething distress.

She is probably teething early. You can take a wet washcloth and rub it on her gums or give her a teething ring before she goes to bed to soothe herself.

she could be teething or just possibly have an ear infection.
