I became a vegetarian about 1 month ago and everyone in my family can't seem to understand it. I need a comeback because they tell me " How can you not eat meat but eat vegetables that have been fertilized with animal feces or remains?"

I have recently heard of a person who has had a stroke and suffered very minimal damage while gaining abilities that allow him to do complicated math problems in his head and learn languages in a matter of days. What is this called? I heard it begins with an "s" and sounds like "sadent".

hi...i'm a 24 yr old woman. i recently married my bf of 7 yrs...i had moved in with him when i turned 18 and got pregnant within a month. i was studying at that time and didn't want anything to tie me down. so i aborted the baby without telling my bf. now i'm quite well-settled in life and i married the love of my life. i couldn't hold it to myself anymore and told him that i had aborted our child long back. he was very angry.....i just blew his mind. he's upset i did that and said that i didn't even think once of asking him before doing it. i know wat i did was wrong and am ready to make it up to him....he's just too angry with me to even listen. wat do i do?
one more thing...i've been off the pill for 2 months now and have still not conceived. how long does the pill take to get out of the system? i'd really like to start a family now and make it up to him...how do i make him come around?

Suppose you become a Bible sceptic and see corruption and prejudice towards you everywhere. You let your husband bring you to his beloved church. When you hear the sermon you want to punch the preacher for his insulting words masked as Bible teaching but he's got a big smile on his face and has no idea you feel this way. His wife hugs you afterwards. You can't just leave because these are friends of your husband. You don't hate them.

You believe that Jesus would want you to love even your enemies so you know you've got to try to be friendly even though you know, the questions will come and also the stares when people find out that you don't believe as they do.

It's a waste of time for them to try to change you and vice versa. You already know that they wouldn't understand if you try to explain it. They'd think you have a rebellious spirit and it's better to avoid you but you can't help wanting to show them who you truly are and wish they believed the same. What then?

Soldiers? Congress people? Small business owners? Children? Elderly? WHO in your opinion deserves healthcare? Should everyone have to pay for it? I alwasy hear of people who work at a job that they don't enjoy. I myself am the same way in that I spent four years studying something that I didn't want to become and am bored our of my mind doing my Job, but the pay is good and it is always easy to find another job(accouontant). I have recently tested Kubuntu on my laptop as I will be switching from Windows to Kubuntu any time soon. I used the live CD to test out the OS so I could see if any of the drivers needed sorting out.

The only driver that had any problems was the driver for the wireless LAN adapter, so a Kubuntu restricted driver was used. The actual wireless LAN works fine and I could connect to the router.

The only thing that doesn't work is the button to disengage the wireless LAN. My question is: does the driver for the wireless LAN in a laptop also control the activation button on the front?

The S.1105 Hate Crimes Bill (often referred to as the Matthew Shepard Act) was introduced in the Senate last Wednesday as an amendment to the Defense Authorization Bill which involves funding for the war in Iraq. What do hate crimes have to do with the war in Iraq? Absolutely nothing!

In my opinion this is nothing but a trick to force the President to sign the bill....and a dirty trick at that.

My friend was stopped this weekend by the police because she does not have a car tag. She got the car in the May and because of miscommunication in the mail, her title has yet to reach her. The police officer told her that all she needed was the Bill of Sale and today when she went to the Probate office, they told her that she also needed her title. would it better for to just pay the ticket or just appeal
