Am I a christian?
I belive in God because something had to of created the universe , even if was the bing bang something had to of started time and the universe. But there's nothing that makes me beleive in the afterlife....I hope there is but there's no scientific evidence to support it. Does anyone agree with me? After I die is that it? I don't beleive in reincarnation either but nergy can't be created or destroyed, and our bodies have a lot of energy, where does that energy go? I kinda just think heaven and hell are just kinda scare tactics....and if there were/is a heaven my invisioning of heaven could be compltely different than everyone elses....Is heaven just a figment of our imaginations or a state of mind.....I'd like to hear your points of view...am I a christian if I don't beleive in the afterlife?

My Girl friend recently purchased a new laptop and we installed windows Vista on it. We have been having problems with the DVD RW. at first it disappeared and i fixed some things in the registry and that fixed that deleted some files using regedit. Today ive been trying to burn a DVD using Nero and other software and when i came to the burning it spits out my DVD and says please insert a empty DVD R/RW. I tried 3 different disks (From different company's) all of which worked fine in her fathers PC. The laptop just kept rejecting them any idea whats wrong?

I went to Trader Joes for wine for my parents. I found out they had several types. What's the difference between the wines and what foods are you suppose to eat with each wine?
The red wines were Shiraz, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvingnon. The white wines were Sauvingnon Blanc and the Chardonnay.

I just got accepted to a very difficult Veterinary Technology program, something i have wanted for a very long time. I'm excited, but so nervous at the same time. I'm only 19 and i wonder if i can handle all the physical and emotional aspects. Is it normal to be more nervous then excited at this point??

For instance, if you are presenting a project using PowerPoint, how do you have pictures looping on each slide. I recently saw a presentation that some architects put together. They were putting their bid in to build a building, but at the same time, they had pictures of previous buildings they had built looping in the bottom corner of each slide. My boss loved it, and I am having a hard time figuring out how to duplicate it. Thanks!

I don't have cable, and I remember tons of cartoons would come on in the afternoon for children to watch. I am now 18 years old, and why are there only afternoon cartoons on cable?? I just thought it would be nice if some kids could watch cartoons instead of having to spend a lot of time outside doing whatever it is that they/we do.

I would take NYC and Atlanta. NYC, simply put, is a city of 8,000,000 mostly independent people who love to live life. It is the city that never sleeps; it's also a city with overall friendly and helpful inhabitants, great public transit, gorgeous parks, and people from over 170 nations live there!

Next, Atlanta because it is a beautiful city with great universities, friendly Southern people, incredible nightlife, and it is considerbaly cheaper to live in than NYC.

I can't do:
-Chicago: They have to be the most impolite people I've ever met, or at least tying with Washington, DC. I'm sure it's great to visit, but it can't have anything on NYC.
-Los Angeles: behaves more like a suburb with a small and dead city center.
-San Francisco: its crime rate is exhorbatant! It's more expensive than NYC, too.
-Boston: MA's tax structure is driving companies away; plus, they've reelected Ted Kennedy multiple times! Yuck!

i'm 37 weeks pregnant with a girl and want some name suggestions.. i thought about Athena, but my husband wants Theya.. I am in a Foreign country at the moment...according to my friends police were around my house for 2 hours looking for me (I am 14). I have had one traffic warning you can say..it was for one of those mini-moto's and they wrote down my details and thats it (this was months ago). Sometimes my mother lets me drive her car on our private road, on Saturday I was driving and the neighbours complained, saying they will call the police..Now my friends are saying that there was police at my house for 2 hours trying to arrest me..how true is this?
