What is the supplement used that claims to let you lose a pound a day?

I read this article and its sounds to me that you have to pretty wealthy to do this diet but here is the link to my info

It does work but not by the claims it states, they say on the commercial you don't have to do anything just take the supplements but I'm so skeptic I went to the book store and there are pages and pages about working out changing your eating habits etc... then it says to take these supplements well if your working out and eating right and taking vitamins of course your going to lose weight, Kevin Trudeau gives his books away because he partners with the other companies he features in his book so when you go to get these so called miracle supplements your paying $600.00 for them and that's the way he's making his money.

1 lb per day!? anything short of liposuction will leave you cursing at the advertisements and company who sold you such a product.

1 lb is equal to 3500 calories. Therefore, if you reduce your daily caloric intake by 3500 calories, or exercise and burn off 3500 calories you would lose 1 lb per day.

I'm betting you dont eat 3500 calories a day, so even if you stopped eating you couldn't lose a lb in one day. As for exercising, it would take you about 6 hours of running to burn off 3500 calories. So that option is out too.

What to do!? Well, you need to realize that you didnt put on all your excess weight in a week or a month, and it isn't going to come off in a week or a month.

Reduce caloric intake by 500 / day. Doing so will lower your caloric intake by 3500 / week. That's 1 lb / week

Be sure to keep caloric intake above 1200 cal/day for a girl, 1500 cal/day for a guy... otherwise your metabolism will slow down. Drink your water, eat small frequent meals, and try to run for 30 minutes a day 2 - 3 times a week

No Seriously just walk 30 min a day and eat fruits, no sugar, no breads and pasta.

You can also try the trick of eating small portions. Use saucer as a plate.
