Basically, I'm 15 years old, 5"2 (I know its short), and about 55kg (121 pounds). The other day a guy at my school told me that I was quite curvy from the back, I know I've always been that way, but I didn't think anyone else noticed. He told me it was a good thing, but really, I don't want to be seen as fat to anyone. I've always told myself I'm going to loose weight but I love food way too much and just can't stand starving myself. Also, I've got my GCSE's exams and everything so starving myself is the last thing I would do at this age.
I already know what exercise I can do to get rid of my weight, so I don't really need to know more about that. However, what I do need to know is what food I can eat that will not put any weight on me at all. I already know about fruits and stuff, but they don't really last long. And I eat meat aswell.
So, I'm 55kg (121 pounds) and I want to loose 5-10kg. So what I want to be is 45-50kg (100-110).
If you can help me, please do.
