For the latest PC, you would have to do a self build, with all the latest components (hardware). However, that would be time consuming. You could call Evesham.Com as they always try to source the latest Hardware and would be willing to build to your spec. However, if you decide on the major players (Dell and Mesh), you can expect to get old parts of which some could even be discontinued. They use these parts as they are so cheap for them to purchase. You are also likely to find on-board sound and sometimes on-board graphics with Dell and Mesh PCs. I would suggest going to the web sites of some Computer Magazines and reading their latest reviews as those will be the latest components and either source them yourself, direct from manufacturer or go to an Independent PC retailer and ask them to source them and build the PC for you. Remember one thing, when major companies advertise PCs with all the latest hardware, that description applies to when the advertisement is produced. This means that a PCs specs today would be advertised as the latest in at least 3 months time, by which time a PC is now out of date.

There's no such thing as the latest PC. You can buy separate hardware and build a PC on your own that can cost as much as $40000 or even more. Every 2-4 months, a new video card is released, so a "latest PC" is never latest.

I doubt that anyone will be keeping track with all PC models from all companies.

You probably have to browse with the brand name for the latest PC... like Dell latest PC or Toshiba latest PC. If you know the brand you want, just visit their websites and you can get the lastest newest models and deals.
