When i try and start up my Adobe Premire Pro CS3 it says this, here take a look:

Let me guess:
1. You didn't pay for the program
2. A friend gave it to you and you copied on to your computer.
I could be wrong and I apologise if I am, but your problem looks like Premiere hasn't been installed properly. Although you have put the program on your computer, you are missing vital files that are not normally stored in the premiere folder.
