last year(2006) my ex-husband files his taxes and claims that our son worked for him and my ex compensate him for $14,000.00. which is absolutely not true. my son didn't even work for him a day. he just did it so he doesn't have to pay a lot of tax. also my son filed his income tax and didn't file the $ 14,000.00. now my son gets a letter from IRS that he has to pay $4,000.00 tax on that. my son is 24 yrs old and works at the bank and he asked around and finaly one of the bank customer that knows a little about acounting, tells him he knows it's not true and knows that is not his foult but he has to pay that amount. Also my son feels bad to tell his father to pay the tax and doesn't have the money to pay it. pls help i need a proffetional opinion.

i just got a brand new HP tx1000 with Vista installed, and it is preloaded with some programs that i'm not sure if it is necessary to keep them. Besides i keep getting pop-ups from the "HP Easy Internet Setup" program. (even after i've checked "not to remind me anymore" ) How do i remove it? i have searched all the programs.....Looks like the pop-ups are from HP East Setup - Core and HP Easy Setup - Frontend programs. Am i right? what are these 2 programs and are they important? can i uninstall these 2 two programs to get rid of the pop-ups? Anybody who has just purchased a HP laptop with vista, please let me know which programs are unnecessary so i can just uninstall them. Thanks.

I've recently been the recipient of threatening and harrassing emails, now both my yahoo acounts were hacked. Emails were read, and sent to harrass others making it look like it was me that did it. I know who is behind this, and I know their IP address. I also know the person hacking into my account is doing it from the Technical School they attend (because this is the only place she has access to a computer, and she is taking computer courses). With the IP address, can it specify the exact location, even computer, that she is accessing my email from? If I were to take the IP address with copies of my threatening emails to her school, could they narrow it down to her computer and therefore prove she has hacked my account?

I been on the birthcontrol pill for 5 months now but today when I was about to take my pill I dropped it and couldnt find it. YES I LOST IT IM SO MAD. I looked for it like for an hour im and dint find it, im desparate what should I do, Now its to late to call my doctor so should I go ahead and open another package and star with the same pill I was suppose to take or just skip it im worry because I had sex this morning me and my husband use the withdrawl method but we all know thats not 100%.

When making a DVD on my computer using Windows DVD Maker on Windows Vista, it gives to aspect ratio options. 4:3 and 16:9. Which would be better for me? I've been using 4:3, but that sucks in my DVD player because it has a black square around the video, about 2-3 inches in each direction. Using my 360 it doesn't look as bad, because it has 10 zoom levels instead of 3-4 like my DVD Player, and I am able to cut out the left and right black sides of the square, and it looks nice with just 2-3 inches of black frame on the top and bottom, like many widescreen movies. Before I waste a DVD and time making a DVD with 16:9 will it look better or not? My TV is a Sony, I think 37" SDTV, not sure if it's widescreen or not. It does have an option in the menu to enhanch with 16:9 aspect ratio, but with my DVDs I make with aspect ratio's of 4:3 this makes them much worse. So would 16:9 look better do you think? The only thing 4:3 looks good on is my 360 so it looks bad on my frnds dvd.

So I have a chip in my windshield...I called my insurance company to see if I had glass coverage...the rep stated that I have a $500 comp deductible...I know this...I heard from someone in the insurance industry that if the chip/crack is smaller that a dollar bill that the duductible would be waiver...also I live in central Texas and everytime I got to get my truck to be washed they always offer for my chip to be fixed for free...I have declined for fear that I would get a bill for $500 for a chipped windsheild...I also I take claims for a living for a big insurance company...but I dont work in the glass dept...that is out of a different office in CT...Help

I want to stop some programs from constantly running by going into my task manager and unselecting them in processes, but I have no idea which ones i can keep. is there an online directory or listing to tell you what they do? and also, when i try to turn some of them off, it gives me a warning saying it could be harmful... so does that mean definatly DONT do it, or is it just a normal warning?

mine used to be the no-spin-zone w/ Bill O'Reilley, but lately i'd have to say Michael Savage. because he's 100% straight-forward in his opinions. he's (in no small way) responsible for getting the am. ppl to stop that nightmare Dubai Ports deal, and w/other hosts stopping that travesty-amnesty bill from going forward. not only his views of politics, but he has a real genuinely kind side in his affinity for animals and nature. just MHO. so.. who do you like?

Why do so many think we have to go to church to go to heaven? Jesus prayed on his own, I have been saved, but I dont like the church, I do not believe most in there would be good for me or my kids, most go to church anymore becuae it is the "thing" to do. I have seen many take magazines ect and read while there. I have had to teach the pastors themselves because they were wrong, and very embarressed when I showed them. so why do i get ooked down on just because I choose to keep it between me and God and not go to church?

We could buy the manufactured home for $25,000 @ 15 % simple interest or rent a house with 2 bedrooms, one bath for $420.00/month. The manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and comes with all new appliances. (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer,stove) lot rental would be $150/month. We just can't seem to decide because the house has no heat/air and is high on electricity bills in winter, and the manufactured home has central heat/air but depreciates in value over time and is more costly as opposed to staying where we are at but it would be OURS as opposed to the rented house. We need an objective opinion either the rented house or the manufactured home. Buying a house is not an option right now. I have also heard that if a manufactured home is put on a permanent foundation it doesn't lose it's value. If you need more details please specify them and I will include them if needed.
