I had this happen to me about 2 months ago when the bathroom sink drain ate my pill that I was supposed to take that Sat. I ended up not taking a pill from the other pack so I could stay on schedule and for a time I ended up spotting from what I thought was the result of the missing pill only to find out later that it was because I couldn't handle the particular brand I was on.

If your pharmacy is a 24/7 one I would recommend calling them to find out what they would suggest for now and then call your doctor on Mon to see what they say.

What brand of pill? Which pill did you miss? 1st/2nd/3rd/sugar???

Google your brand pill and look up the directions on what to do if you lost a pill.

I would just take the next pill at its next time and use another form of protection for a week or so.

Call your doctor or pharmacist when they are in the office and ask.

If it were me I would just take the next days pill... then go to your pharmacy when they are open and try and get a replacement. If the cant the dr sure will give you one. Its not biggy, just make sure you take one now asap. Take the next days...
