Short answer is, You can't.
There are basically two common forms of "dual rendering" available for desktop computers at this time.

SLi - for Nvidia based GPUs

Crossfire? (maybe spelled Xfire, not sure)- for ATi based GPUs

In order to take advantage of either of these, you need two of the same graphics cards (not technically, but if you want it to be error free all the time YES, two of the same card).
You also need a PSU that has enough power to adequately power both GPUs. Typically a 500w PSU minimum. I have a 650w Antec in mine.
AND
You need a motherboard that is either SLi or Crossfire compatible.

There's even memory out now that's SLi certified. LOL

So, go get an SLi compatible mother board, then get another GeForce 2 card and you could attempt SLi. Problem with that is:

SLi wasn't created until GeForce 6 so it won't work with the older graphics cards such as the GeForce 2. So you need two GPUs that are the same, that are GeForce 6 or higher. Some of those may not even work. Check the SLi zone for more info.

If you want to use them together, I think you'll need two boards of the exact same make and model. So get two if the geforce2 cards and disable the on-board 82865.

The cards might come wit special software and settings to make them work perfectly together.

You can't do it with Onboard and AGP graphics together.

WHY?
The bios will turn off the onboard graphics if it detects an external display card. Therefore, software can't turn it on. Only way is that if you've got knowledge, programme your own BIOS. However, that takes a hell lots of time.

My recommendation:
Get a better graphics card and motherboard and run SLI or Crossfire! :)

you can not as you have an old graphics card and I'm assuming an old motherboard as well. In order to run dual cards with each other they need to be two Geforce 6 Series or above PCI-express graphic cards running on a compatible motherboard that supports it.
