If your alarm system still works, it would probably mean that either the globe (or bulb) in the flasher has blown, or the flasher circuit is broken. Take it to a car service centre and have it looked at. A quick test with a multimeter will be able to tell you if its the globe or the flasher unit (if your alarm still works).

If your alarm also doesn't work, it could be the fuse for the alarm system has blown, or that the alarm system has died.

Either way, get it checked by a licenced auto electrician, as a faulty alarm system may void your insurance policy.

turn your car to the run mode the light should flash due to the fact it is doing a self test mode. If it does not flash it means the bulb or the control unit is bad . Next see if the alarm works. if it does the bulb is bad. To replace the bulb you have to pull out the instrument cluster. Once out locate the bulb turn the the tan 1/4 turn and it`s out. also check fuses

Either a broken wire, burnt out LED, or a defect in the alarm itself. good luck.
