my computer has 3 pci slots what one do i put my video card in

I just bought a Majesty Palm about three weeks ago. I have replanted it into a large container with good soil in it and watered it and fertilized it as most "care" websites call for. The instructions all of the info websites call for are: bright light, water and fertilizer. I live in New Hampshire, and I intend on keeping the palm indoors during the winter (I have a big house)
but right now, the conditions in my yard are perfect for this palm (full sun, 80-90 degrees) and lots of water.


Yet, for some reason, the tips of the leaves are beginning to yellow and the leaves look like they are "tired" they are hanging down and aren't as "perky" as when I bought it.

I am not sure what's going on, it seems to be fine, but then it is not as "fresh" as it used to be.

I am not commenting or blaming or imputing any group of people or any body but asking to know views of people of INDIA.
Considering INDIA ; IS IT true that many times many people just see & ignore violation of laws by others until it affects them directly & personally????
Considering INDIA ; IS IT true that even many times many of them also ignore ill behaviour & wrong done with them; they don't take pains & don't go so long to get the justice ; they just try to forget or avoid the wrongs????
IF yes what are the reasons of such ignorant & wrongful compromising behaviour???
What do you all think about it??
Want to know views of people of INDIA about it.

I have a Windows XP machine that needs to access other Windows machine on a network. If I have a machine named "Fred" that has an IP address of 192.168.1.110, I should be able to access it by using "\\FRED", but that stopped working. If I try that, I get "Windows cannot find \\FRED". If I access it as "\\192.168.1.110", it works fine.

Obviously the Windows name server (master browser) doesn't have its act together. What's the best way to fix this?

I am a Red Sox fan and my uncle is a Yankee fan. we always argue about Manny especially. He said he wouldn't be surprised if he was on steroids because of how strong he is. A lot of people feel that their belonging to a party is part of their identity. For instance "I am a Republican" can mean that being a Republican is part of who I am, not merely the party that you happen to align with.

Recently my boyfriend's dad was not in good health, so when my boyfriend called me and said that he needed me, i jumped on the first plane I could get to. I ended up meeting his whole family, and everyone REALLY appreciated my being there to support my bf. We've been together for almost 9 months, so its pretty serious. He kept saying thank you during the time I was there, and he said I was the best thing he could have asked for at one point. I figured a girlfriend had to support her boyfriend through a hard time with his family, so i didn't think my being there was a big deal. When I left, I got hugs from the family, and one of his relatives whispered in my ear that she wouldn't mind me being part of the family. I just laughed if off and didn't plan on telling my bf because it was about marriage. Apparently he overheard it and told me later. But he wasn't freaked out about it. He's even told a friend that he can see him marrying me. Whats going on? should I be worried about anything?
