The difference is mainly in the speed and area range N bands are the fastest one and has the best range but most of the integrated card works with both bands.

Wireless N is the newest form of wireless networking. Wireless N routers cost about $100+ however they perform much better than A,G, or B. However, G continues to be the most popular format for home and small business networking.

Wireless N is the fastest, most farthest reaching wireless you can get. but it cannot be recieved by g or b wireless cards. and it's more expensive.

N is faster, can run more computers and has longer range. Any N device you get will also be able to work with B and G devices.
