i have been running at slow paces for the past 8 weeks and built up my endurance... starting this week i did 3 miles every morning followed by 4 x 200s.. i have 4 weeks to go until tryouts what else should i do.

Do some ball control skills. Practice shots into a corner of the net.

do some really short sprints, like 10 or 20 feet, to work on your speed.
