Why is 50's Rock n' Roll now called Rockabilly in the media?
I never heard this term until about 10 yrs. ago.

married now. This really hurts. We all used to have such a wonderful time together laughing, having good times, etc. I would NEVER do anything wth him and I never have. How do I deal with this?

I have been with my girl for 6 months now. She doesn't have a lot of girlfriends and does have more guy friends. I have learned and told her (when we first were getting to know each other) that when a girl says she gets a long better with guys it can only mean trouble. Either her and a guy friend missed around or you will think one of them is a tool. Believe me this has happened. Last night she went out with a guy friend she hasn't seen in 3 1/2 years. They went out about 11:30 and I recieved a txt marked 4:30am that she missed me and can't wait for me to meet this "friend". She works Friday and Saturday nights (bartender) sunday we have plans that do not include this "friend". I think she wants him to hang with us. It will not happen. Am I being a jerk? I know I am breaking my own rule of seeing a girl that has "guy" friends, but I do like her a lot. I remind her that I was her friend once. guys dont want to be friends with girls...they pretend to be to get something else.

Isn't it great that we canjust shift blame around, have no accountability, and sink further as a country? ISn't that what we blame the politicians for? Mayeb WE THE PEOPLE could set an example for politicians, by doing something to improve our country...donate time or money to Habitat for Humanity, write letters to politicians and judges when we disagree with decisions, not vote along party lines, etc...so, are you willing to do your part? Or are you happy complaining about people doing the same exact things you do...?
