Other than that, many, many moons because we all know how Californika likes to ban EVERYTHING.

December 31, 2006...effective January 1, 2007, smoking was banned in restaurants in Louisiana.

Its been awhile because most public places are now non smoking areas

about a year ago... no wait!!!! tuesday I called a hotel in montreal and they asked me if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room
