A few months ago i got fired from my job and i havent been able to make my monthly payments. Ive honestly been trying desperately to find a job.. but know one is hiring. Ive gone to interviews and gave 100% but still i cant get a job.

Now yesterday i received a phone call from a credit collection agency and they explained everything to me.
I am very scared now and I dont know what to do.

The women I spoke to said she was the Wells fargo representitive or manager (i cant remember)
and claimed wells fargo is the second largest bank in the u.s and they are very aggressive. She pretty much demanded i mail a post dated check and that the bank wasnt going to accept anymore of my promises to pay and then said flat out we dont trust you.
I told her their is no one who can borrow me $260 dollars for my credit card payments ( I owe almost 1k) but she insisted that i borrow it from my mother .. and then said hold on while i get your mother on the phone.

.. thats when i hung.
Borrowing the money from friends or family is not an option.
no one has that kind of money just sitting around.

I would really appreciate any helpful advice.

I know collectors like to sound threatening and intimidating towards you and demand large payments but what can they do if i dont make the payment?

they wanted $260 and honestly $ 20 is all i can afford to do right now.


how long until they take further action and what can they do?



I worry about things like this all day long, I cant eat, and i cant sleep. Im very stressed out as it is.

I asked a friend and her advice was to rip up the letters and hang up when they call.

If they took the oath, is to protect all life, as far as they can, or only in their work as doctors, but not their life outside that field.

It doesn't make sense to me, to train as a doctor, to then maim people!

i just paid my first bill on wellsfargo.com..but it says payment pending... and it says projected on 7/13/06..does it mean thats the date it will go through...because the payment due date is the 16..which im scared it wont go through, and i have to mail it by mail.. can somene please tell me what it means..i have no clue..thank you.

How do you handle discipline with your children? do you let your partner spank/repremend etc. your child? how has exposing ur partner to your child affected the relationship? What do you do in a situation in which your child is misbehaving and your partner tries to tell you how to handle it but you don't quite agree and keep doing what you usually do?? thing is i'm 24 and my boy is 4. I've dated my fiance for 4 years and now that we're gonna live together we're having problems because he says i don't repremend my child the correct way. I spank my child when i feel i'ts about time but- i don't get on him for every little thing he does. He's quite obedient in general but there are times he'll throw a tantrum if i don't buy him a toy & it's hard to handle this when ur partner wants to spank a child that is not his. I am thinking about getting a seperate Firewall client like 'Zone Alarm'. I have had Comodo in the past, nice interface but the constant questions were annoying.

Why should I get a Firewall which isnt part of Windows. Does it miss a lot of sh*t ???

Ok, well my friend came over for a little while. And she wanted to wax her upper lip, so I helped her. But we didn't pull the wax strip off fast enough. And now there's wax stuck on her upper lip. We tried to rub it with a cloth with hot water... then we tried cold water, then soap... and the dumb wax just isn't coming off!!

What do we do??

i'm really scared of being a victim in a terrorist attack ...
i don't support terrorists... and being a muslim doesn't mean that i'm a terrorist ... i hate innocent ppl getting killed .. everybody deserves to live ...that's what the quran teachs us
and i think that if i died in a terrorist attacks .. done by a non muslim .. they will blame it on me .. because they found a "muslim" body in the scene ...
