They should be deported. Just another reason why we need to crack down on illegal aliens.

They can be deported but only after they serve their sentence. The guy in the link had already served a previous sentence and SHOULD have been deported. He slipped through the cracks and I guess he'll be back in gaol.

#5 - you're right - however, how will they deport 20 million if they can't even care to go after certified felons? They can afford to spend some money on a more efficient system - but Iraq's freedom is far more important! LOL.

If we had a better system Deputy Sheriff Frank Fabiano would still be alive... We need a ton more border agents and immigration enforcement officers, we also need a nationwide database to track first time offenders as well as repeat offenders. The best answer to this problem is after time served deport this person immediately. Innocent people are dying because our system is not only battered but broken.

In the United States, illegals must serve their jail time--then they are deported. However, there are no checks at the border to prevent the illegal criminals from attempting to return, some to live off welfare and others to try to work for businesses who break the law by hiring them.

Employers are breaking the law when they hire illegal aliens. What about the word illegal is so hard to understand.

The illegals are here to take what they did not build in their own country. In the United States they will take and take until we stop them and send them home. We have to ask ourselves can we accept an occupation by those who cannot obtain legally what they want. Do we allow them to take what Americans built and turn it into a third world cesspool. So we allow them to ignore and break our laws and murder and impoverish us in their illegal taking?

Here's an example of the illegal use of illegals: I know the construction business in Arizona. Illegals help make the profit margin just a little sweeter per unit. Developers and Contractors are not interested in working conditions, benefits, pay scale. The job sites can be dangerous and there are murders and deaths that go under-reported. The illegals are being exploited. What about the word exploitation is so hard to understand?

Here's the solution--more site inspectors, more Americans employed and the developers run home to California with a little less profit. Illegals barred from American jobs and sponging off the welfare system and sent home. Americans need jobs in every sector.

HIRE AMERICAN!!!!!

Well I tend to think the thought process goes like this: Why put him over an unsecure border if he will just get back in and probably do more crimes? I think we should give Illegals who commit crimes to the Mexican police and see what happens. Ever see a Mexican prison? Comparitively ours are 5 star hotels.

DES TA..... "He slipped through the cracks"....

My God, it looks more like the Grand Canyon. The article says there are more than 302,500 deportable illegal aliens....and you call that a "crack" ????

All 20 million NEED to be deported....
And we are to believe our Government was going to do anything with the last immigration (AMNESTY) bill they tried to sneak thru the Senate.... yea right!!!

Secure the border THEN we'll talk about citizenship for the illegal aliens.
