I want to join the Navy, but I need to lose 30 lbs, and I wanted to join ASAP and go into boot camp ASAP...but the next one is in August, and I don't know when else they start them :( I really want to join this year, but I need to lose the weight, I need help with that, and I just don't know when else the Navy does their boot camp sessions :(

I have frequent headaches and have for a few years now. Sometimes I'll get more than one a day and have at least one a day for a few weeks, other times I go a few weeks without one. My headaches aren't debilitating at all but the weird thing is that they move. It may start out at the front of my head and move to the back or side, anywhere on my head is fair game apparently. There is no consistancy in the type of pain, either. Sometimes it's a throbbing pain other times a sharp pain. My mother also has frequent headaches although hers are debilitating and not as frequent and she's on medicine for them. My dentist suggested that my headaches may be from the alignment of my teeth (my upper and lower teeth rest almost directly on top of each other).

Does anyone recognize what the headaches may be from or how to stop them?

I've heard the secret to acting is to not act. But I don't know how to cry when I'm acting. I can hardly do it in real life.

I'm 19 my older sister sais it's about time I go see the gyno for a cervical cancer check. I don't want to though b/c that means they have to stick something up you and it will hurt. I don't know all the facts but I'm terribly scared b/c I'm not (active).

I stepped on the scale today, 135lbs! That is at least 15lbs over! I'm 5ft even. Before my son 6yrs ago, I weighed 115lbs, then gained 40lbs during the pregnancy and 6yrs later I still haven't lost it all.
I've been walking WAY more than usual lately, as much as I can and I drink lots of water. I've also stayed away from fried food and junk food. I LOVE baked mac and cheese. It's the one thing I have to have. But I'm willing to stop seeing as how I may put my health at risk.

I've gone on diets before, dropped all the way to 125 from 140 in 2mths while working in retail but then gained it all right back. It's harder to lose weight since I sit at a desk now. However, once I'm set on something, I definitely follow through. I just want to make sure I KEEP it that way this time.

Any ideas on what I can do to bring my weight down? I work FT at a health insurance office so I sit for at least 6hrs a day, 5 days a week while at work.

I just recently lost my virginity and it was during my period. I was kind of worried because I'm not on the pill but we used a condom to be safe. I read somewhere that you should check the condom for holes by filling it with water so I did that also. I talked with my mom and I suggested the pill, but neither she nor my boyfriend think it's a good idea because of the incresed risk of cervical cancer. I've already been tested and so has he so STDs are not a concern. I want to make sure I can have the safest sex possible without worrying constantly about risks. Does anyone have any other advice for me?
