I left home when I was 15, and I was able to work and rent a bedsit. That was in 1968. I'd say it's been impossible since about 1980, and I'd like to know why. Can we ask young people to be responsible while paying them kiddie-wages so they CAN'T look after themselves? I'm not saying it's a fact, it's my opinion, so relax. I'd be interested to know what other people think.

i don't want to use microsoft office for the macbook since it defeats the purpose of getting it. Is there any way for me to stick to using mac office without facing problems like not being able to open or edit microsoft files (which i have to deal with alot since the majority of people are using them).

This may just be because I'm an OCD nutcase, but I've been going crazy over my inability to complete the Chips Ahoy episode. I've tried everything I can think of but no matter what I do I always end up pissing off Lucas! (well, I found one other possible ending where I get robbed =/ ... but that's it.)
